Ordering on line with a fabric swatch , is a daunting task. You have this vision of how the color and style of the couch or piece you selected will work in your space. Do you second guess yourself, why yes..lol ! Then it comes….and Interior Define not only didn’t disappoint but, they far exceeded my expectations. Everything from the color , construction and design was well worth the wait and the money! I’m in love with my new space which was refreshed by this new sofa. The quality is real and the customer service is even better ! A+

Interior Define has thee best customer service. It's hard to shop for furniture over the internet. So I used their chat service and spoke with Kaylee. She was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me with the selection of fabrics and wood. She sent real life photos so I could see the contrast in colors. I have never had such a wonderful experience via chat on a website. Kudos to Kaylee for offering such a professional white glove experience!

We had a very positive experience with Jonathan Carnright. After showing him a picture of the room, he chose the piping and fabric colors to match perfectly. Metropolitan Warehouse was thorough communicating the delivery via phone messages, email and text. Our sofas arrived on time in perfect condition. The quality of the fabric surpassed my expectations. Sean from the Chicago Studio answered all the questions I had to the care of the fabric. Alfie from Interior Define Customer Service answered additional questions in a prompt email.

Ordering with Interior Define was a truly pleasant experience. Sean Steele helped me every step of the way—when I couldn’t find the legs I wanted for the Maxwell sofa, chair, and ottoman, he stepped in and found exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciated his honesty about the delivery timeline, which gave me the opportunity to decide whether it worked for me. Knowing that I can reach out to him directly with any customer service questions is an added bonus. Sean provided excellent customer service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

We had the best experience at Interior Define! We initially went to the showroom to look at our options in person. While there, we connected with Sean and he walked us through our various options from color swatches to cushion filling. Amazing experience working with the Interior Define team. Sean was incredibly helpful working with me remotely and in store.
